Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for purchases. We recognize that skincare is a personal experience; however, we are unable to resell opened merchandise and all returned product would need to be thrown away. As a small company, we simply don't have the margins to accommodate this without raising our prices. We do offer refunds if a product was faulty or damaged during shipping.
